Expert Braiders

Braiding is defined as the weaving of three or more strands of material. In the aerospace industry, braiding is used to make sleeving, multilayered braided ropes, and fiber preforms.

Jackson Bond’s engineers are braiding experts. JBE has developed new techniques and equipment for braiding high temperature and fragile fibers such as Nextel™, Carbon, and Silicon Carbide.
