Our team has developed sewing, cutting, and winding techniques that allow us to fabricate state of the art flexible <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a title=\"Flexible Thermal Protection Systems\" href=\"\/products\/flexible-thermal-protection-systems\/\">thermal protection systems<\/a><\/span>, <a title=\"Thermal Seals\" href=\"\/products\/thermal-seals\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">thermal seals<\/span><\/a>, and other products for high temperature applications.<\/p>\n<h2>Sewing<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-209\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Jackson-Bond-Sewing1-Content.jpg\" alt=\"Jackson-Bond-Sewing1-Content\" width=\"125\" height=\"125\" \/>Using the right seam type, stitch pattern, and sewing machine are critical to producing a quality product. At Jackson Bond Enterprises, we have developed sewing methods that allow us to manufacture high temperature textiles with improved strength characteristics. We have a wide variety of sewing machines ranging from basic household units to industrial class machines. JBE also has long arm and up the arm sewing machines. These sewing machines enable us to use a wide variety of techniques to fabricate our products.<\/p>\n<h2>Fabric Cutting<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-161 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Jackson-Bond-Fabric-Cutting-Content.png\" alt=\"Jackson-Bond-Fabric-Cutting-Content\" width=\"125\" height=\"125\" \/>JBE can consistently and accurately auto-cut a wide variety of materials including high temperature fabrics and insulating materials. We use a computer controlled high-speed cutting system with a 6\u2019 x 48\u2019 cutting area. Virtually any shape can be programmed and cut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Winding<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-214 size-full\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Jackson-Bond_Sewing3-Content.jpg\" alt=\"Jackson Bond Sewing\" width=\"125\" height=\"125\" \/>JBE winds carbon and ceramic yarns. We also develop our own sewing threads that are not commercially available.
